1. How do I register? And what are the benefits of resisting in UXList.com?
From the top menu, click on Register link from the top menu or the link
adjacent to username and password input boxes. Please input all required fields
and click on the register button.
2. How do I Place an Ad? First, login to our site, if not logged-in or register
to login, if your are not an active user. From the menu on the top left, click
on Sell hyperlink. Fill in all the required fields, in addition, click on the
browse button if you would like to upload a picture or video file. Please note
that you can only upload JPEG image files. Finally, click on the submit button.
3. How do I Update or Delete an Ad? First, login to our site, if not logged-in.
After logging in, click on the “Update/Delete an Ad” from the menu on the top
left for text and picture ads, or click on “My Video Ads” to update or delete
your video ads. You can also click on “Update/Delete” link located under each
of your text, picture, or video ads in the bottom section.
4. How do I buy an item? Click on the buy link from the top menu, or from the
home page, click on any category link you wish. You can use the drop down menu
to narrow your search for items and click on the submit button. Also, you can
click on the search link, to individualize your search by your set parameters.
Here, you can input keywords for your search criteria.
5. How do I change my university? If you are already logged-in, you can click
on the “Change University” link adjacent to your Welcome to your university
banner in blue font color. This will route you to the home page where you can
select the state and city of the university you are searching and click on
submit.
6. Will UXList take a portion of my sale when I sell or buy at UXList.com? No,
UXList.com services are FREE!!!! We will not take part of the transaction. We
only provide free ad space to the seller. The seller and the buyer are
responsible for the terms of each transaction.
7. Are there scammers on this website, and should I be worried? Yes, there are
scammers on every web site. However, since the seller arranges personally with
the buyers, the possibility of scamming is slim to none. Please feel free to
report any member whom you may think is a scammer and we will investigate the
situation. Since most transactions are local in nature, the financial payments
will be arranged by the seller and buyer. The exchange should be in person to
reduce potential fraud activity. In addition, UXList has a unique intelligence
system that scans every message that is sent to determine whether the sender is
a potential scammer, no other website has this system.
